Fig and Chèvre Crostini

Ingredients
- Sourdough baguette
- 4 oz chèvre cheese
- zest of 1 lemon
- 3-6 Ripe figs
- California Series Sauvignon Blanc
Directions
- Toast baguette w/ olive oil
- Bring chèvre/goat cheese to room temp, whip in zest
- Coat each crostini with cheese
- Add prosciutto and sliced figs on top
- Drizzle with honey and serve on your favorite platter with extra honey for your sweet lovin’ guests
